H&M online haul!

Received these lovely items yesterday from the H&M online shop, i wanted to try out some different colors because i'm a black clothes addict. Usually when i go shopping i always tend to buy everything black, i don't do it on purpose but i don't know it's just a habit or something. So i thought these items would be a little bit different, let me know what you think of it!

nude pink dress with an attached belt, you can also remove this. I didn't really knew this colour would look good with my skintone, but i think it looks very cute!

Tight black floral dress, not really black so i though this was a nice alternative.

Tight black trousers/leggings with ruched detail at the bottom. And a floral top with some cute ruffle details at the shoulders.

Leopard top with ruffled shoulders and a tight black skirt.

Please let me know what you think of it & should I keep everything or return something?

MAC lipstick swatches

Finally another blogpost, i'm such a horrible blogger i know.
But here i am again with some swatches from my newest mac lipsticks!

MAC cherish (satin) lipstick

MAC cherish is almost identical to my favorite nude lipstick from mac called brave new bronze. I was searching for a similar colour, because brave new bronze is a limited edition lipstick. I don't know which one i prefer, i think these are both great nude colors for darker skintones. I'm a nc40 and it's the perfect nude colour i have found so far!

MAC see sheer (lustre) lipstick

One of my new favorite lipsticks! I love the lustre formula, very moisturizing & not too opaque so you can build it up. I think the colour looks really nice on my skintone, it's not too bright or too nude just perfect in my opinion!

MAC viva glam cyndi (lustre) lipstick

I've been wanting the viva glam cyndi for several months now, so i finally decided to buy it on ebay. I really love this colour, it's a corally red-ish color. Just amazing if you want to wear some colour on your lips, but nothing too bright. Or if you're not used to wear red, this is perfect!

FOTD: Chai Latte

A couple of weeks ago i received a new eyeshadow quad from maybelline called: Chai latte. I've heard a lot of good things about this quad on youtube so i wanted to try it out and bought it on ebay. I've tried one maybelline duo before, but that one was very bad quality (not pigmented at all) this quad wasn't like that at all. The eyeshadow are very pigmented & the colours are nice too . So here's the fotd i made with this quad, it's a very nice quad with nice colours. Not really special, but it's definitely a good eyeshadow quad especially for the price (i got it for $5 i think) so very cheap! Maybe i'll do a review on this one if anyone's interested? please let me know!

Review: deborah lippmann nail polishes

A few weeks ago Deborah send me these 3 lovely nail polishes from her brand Deborah Lippmann to try out & review. I have heard good things about this brand & i'm always interested in different nail polish brands so i was very excited to try them out. The first thing i noticed was the bottle, it's different then other nail polish brands i have & i think it's a very unique shape. I really like the bottle, i think they look very chic and luxurious. But you can expect it to look different and chic or luxurious, because these nail polishes are kinda pricey. They cost $16, which i think is a bit high. But to me if a nail polish brand is very good & the colors are great i don't mind paying more. So here's what they claim:

The long-lasting formulas of Deborah Lippmann nail lacquers contain green tea extracts and protein-building biotin so nails stay healthy and strong. All of Deborah Lippmann lacquers feature Aucoumea Klaineana extract, a natural resin from West African trees, which is known to strengthen nails and prevent ridges for smoother, healthier nails. Deborah Lippmann lacquers are free of Formaldehyde, Toluene, and Dibutyl Phthalates.

So let me show you the swatches, all of them are 2 coats without topcoat:

So they promise very good things. I've been trying them out for quite some time, and i think they are very good nail polishes. The staying power was 2-3 days on my nails without topcoat. Which is good, because nail polishes won't ever stay longer on my nails. Also they were easy to apply with a fine brush, and the polishes are quite opaque. Only one of them was not, but i think it was supposed to be like that. Also they claim to strengthen your nails and smoothen them, which is awesome. But i already have strong nails, so i didn't really noticed anything different. But if you have very weak nails or anything, you should give it a try! I really love all of the colors, i wouldn't say these colors are unique but i think these are definitely great nail polishes. I also wouldn't say this is my favorite nail polish brand now, but i really like them and especially what they claim. Even though these are really good, i think O.P.I. & essie are just as good! But i do reccomend these if you have enough money & if you have weak nails. They have very nice colors, i just looked at the website and right now they also sell lady gaga nail polishes i think!

A little update on my life!

Hi guys, how is everyone doing? Are you enjoying your vacation? I sure do! Last week in my city there was a week full of partying, it's called: the vierdaagse feesten (which is a week full of performances and parties outside in Nijmegen, with lots of great food, music & dancing) so i had such a good time & also Mayer Hawthorne & The County performed one day which was freaking awesome (i heard about it last minute so i was very happy and lucky). So also i wanted to say (which is a pretty good thing for me), in september i'll be studying to become a beautician! I've been searching for something i like for quite some time, but i never knew what i wanted and now i finally just came to the conclusion i really need to go to school again! So this education just really suits me & i really hope i like it too. when i'm done with this education, which will be in 3 years (i hope) i'll be studying to become a make-up artist too! So i'm pretty excited but also very scared, i really hope i like it or else it would be such a dissapointment. So wish me luck!

Another FOTD & NOTD, i thought this was a very nice look for summer (even though the weather is not so good at the moment, it's really hot but it's raining at the moment!). When it's really hot outside i don't usually use this much of make-up, but i thought it would be fun to show. This i would probably wear at night, when i go out or something. I'll also add some photos of my NOTD of my hand & feets. For anyone who's interested, i went shopping a few days ago & got some cute things which i'll show you later. And also i received this awesome highlighter from dior, it's absolutely amazing!

First of all i'd like to say: thank you guys so much for following my blog, i saw that i have 30 followers right now so thanks a lot i really appreciate that! And also i wanted to say, i'm sorry again for not blogging again. There's just been too much on my mind, and i wasn't in the mood at all. A week ago i received this gorgeous ring from lushae jewelry.

First of all i'd like to say that: this ring was send to me for review purposes, so i didn't buy it myself. But that doesn't mean i'm not honest, because it's not like i'm getting paid for it or something. These are just my honest opinions, if i don't like things i will not show them or it would be a bad review. So it's not like i have to review this, if i wasn't excited about this or if i wouldn't like it i would'nt put this on my blog of course!

So i received this amazing ring from Sarah from lushae jewelry http://www.jewelryartdesigns.com/jewelry-jad.asp?p=Promise-Rings & i absolutely love it! On the webshop the ring didn't look as good as in real life, the ring looks 10 times better in real life. I received it really fast, less than a week so that's very good for international shipping. Also the packaging is really cute, it comes in a cute blue box. The ring itself is very good quality, i didn't expected it to be so good actually. So i was very surprised, i've been wearing this ring a lot. Now let me show you the ring:

I'm such a sucker at blogging, i'm so sorry guys! It really was my plan to make more blogposts, but as you may have already noticed there weren't any blogposts or only a few. So i'm sorry, i'm not going to promise i'll make more blogposts anymore. Because we all know i couldn't keep my promise before... But i have some things planned & i'll make sure i'll be posting more. And again a nail polish haul, i'm such a nail polish addict! I really like to paint my nails all kinds of colors, i think it looks nice when you have some cute colour on your nails instead of always the same colour or just a french manicure. Right now i'm trying to resist on buying more nail polishes. Except when there's a really unique colour or a colour that i don't already have. Or or or... No just kidding haha. Seche restore thinner, for my seche vite dry fast topcoat. I really hope it works, haven't tried it out yet but the seche vite dry fast topcoats get thick real quick so it will thin the topcoat.

I really like these nail polishes a lot, especially the Essie ones. I think they were really great to apply, very smooth application. All swatches are 2 coats, the only nail polish that didn't apply that well was china glaze re-fresh mint. This nail polish applied really streaky & it was pretty thick so it was a bit annoying to apply. But overall i really like the colour, it's a really nice mint colour! The essie colors are great summer nail polishes, especially van d'go - tart deco & california coral i think they're HOT!

HUGE perfume haul (in english)

So finally i had the courage to make some videos in english! So i know my english is not good, but i think it's decent enough to understand everything, so i thought why not make some videos in english since almost everyone understands english.. First i wanted to say: i'm not doing videos in enligsh because i think i can speak the language so well. But because i want everyone to understand my videos if they would like to, and i think it's fun to do too. The first video in english is a HUGE perfume haul, and i had to edit in 3 parts. So it's way too long, but whatever haha!

Here are the last remaining notd's with my newest nail polishes i've showed you, i've also added one notd with an old polish because i think the colour is so lovely.

Essie - porcini, pink coral colour with nice gold shimmer.
Love this colour (this polish is not one of my newest btw)

Opi - we'll always have paris, pretty vampy purple-red colour.

China glaze - VII, very pretty purple plum colour.

China glaze - spontaneous, lovely purple colour. In real life it's a bit darker though.

Orly - country club khaki, lovely khaki taupe looking colour.

I'm sorry guys for only posting notd's these days, but at least i update more right haha? But i will post some hauls soon & also some reviews. You can expect a few videos with make-up hauls & also a fashion haul. So here's another notd with one of my newest nail polishes called O.P.I Samoan sand, i think this colour is amazing. It's a nude colour & i think it looks great with my skin, i've been searching for this nude colour for a while (that does look like this on my skin colour) so i finally found it & love it.

And another notd with one of my new nail polishes. This one is called O.P.I barefoot in barcelona, it's a pretty nude brown taupy like colour. I actually thought it would be more nude, but it's a bit darket than i thought it would be. But it's ok, because i really like it! So here's the photo of it:

I hope you all had a wonderful valentine's day! I had a great one, me & my boyfriend watched a movie together cozy on the couch with our dog & he got me a gift: a cute valentine's day card and a perfume from burberry 'the beat'. So sweet!

So as i promised i would show you the new nail polishes in NOTD posts. So here's another one, this time the blue one from O.P.I called: Dating a Royal. I love this colour, normally i don't really like blue a lot but this colour is just so nice. I think it's suited for anytime, it doesn't look really dramatic like neon colors or something. But you can definitely notice the colour on your nails, i think it's also very nice for summer. Also the application was good, as always of course (with o.p.i, in my opinion). So here's the photo:

As you all may know i ordered some new nail polishes on transdesign (see previous post), i'm wearing one of the new ones today and i really really love this polish. I love that the polish kinda looks black but when you look close and especially in sunlight you can see it has a lot of gorgeous red shimmer in it. So here's a photo of the nail polish on my nails:

Gorgeous color right? I think it's a nice alternative for a black nail polish & i reccomend it especially if you love the vampy or dark nail polishes. Also the application is great, but that's pretty much always with opi nail polishes!

And finally here's a new blogpost, i'll update my blog from now on at least once a week (of course i'll be posting more, but i have to blog at least once a week). Also i'm trying to do more videos, i'm going to make some new videos this week. What you can expect is: tutorials - fashion haul - make-up hauls.

So a few days ago i received my order from transdesign, i ordered 9 nail polishes. I actually wanted more, even though i already have way too much nail polish. But it's very addicted when you see all those pretty colours, and i convince myself i don't have those colours yet (which is true, but of course i don't need them when i already have more than 200 nail polishes). The shipping at transdesign is really annoying, because when you buy 9 nail polishes or less it's $18 (not really cheap, but also not really expensive). But when you buy more than 9 it will be much more, than it would be $57 for a maximum of 42 bottles. So that's pretty annoying because when you want 10 or 11 or more you'll have to pay 3 times more shipping costs. But even though the shipping costs are high, i think transdesign is great! I always receive my orders in a week, so that's really quick!

I haven't tried them out yet, but i'll show you guys how they look on my nail in NOTD's these couple of weeks. I already have tried the seche vite dry fast top coat, this is actually my second one. I love this stuff, it's great when you want your nails to dry quick & of course it helps the nail polish to stay longer on your nails.

1. Ik ben een hele erge nachtmens, gelukkig heb ik nu mijn ritme veranderd maar niet lang geleden was mijn ritme zo erg dat ik sliep als normale mensen naar school/werk gaan haha... Ja en werd ik dus ook wakker als mensen weer terug van school/werk kwamen.
2. Ik heb sinds vroeger al oorproblemen aan mijn linkeroor, ik heb al veel operaties gehad eraan voor buisjes & ontstekingen maar helaas blijven de problemen maar terug komen. Nu hoor ik helaas ook erg slecht aan mijn linkeroor, waardoor ik niet goed kan horen.
3. Ik woon samen met mijn vriend en mijn hondje jobo
4. Ik heb meer dan 200 nagellakjes
5. Ik houd van eten & kan eten wat ik wil maar kom niet aan, en dat vind ik niet altijd even fijn!
6. Ik ben echt heel erg bang voor wespen/bijen & bijna alle insecten en spinnen, hierdoor heb ik ook een beetje een hekel aan de zomer (ja erg hè...)
7. Mensen vinden mij & mijn 3 jaar oudere zus vaak héél erg op elkaar lijken, soms zo erg dat ze mij voor haar aanzien. Ook zeggen ze soms dat we op een tweeling lijken haha?!

Zo dat was het haha, niet erg interessant maar ik moest iets verzinnen :-p.
Ik vind het heel moeilijk om 7 mensen te vinden die nog niet getagged zijn, dus hierbij tag ik iedereen die dit leest (mag dit ook please haha?)

First of all i want to thank everyone who follows my blog & those who comment on my posts! I really appreciate your comments on my posts. I'm sorry again (yes again, as you can see my previous post is an apology for not making much blogposts and as you can see it was a month ago so...) for not updating this blog with a new post, i really suck at this but it has been a busy month & i wasn't really in the mood for it because of some private problems. I hope there are still people who enjoy to read my posts and follow my blog, there's going to be a lot new posts soon. Yesterday's OOTD + FOTD!

Anyone who knows me, knows i'm a night person. I love to live in the night and i don't really care about sleeping late in the night, but lately it has been a problem. The past few weeks i've been living like a vampire haha, my sleep rhythm was awful! It was getting worser and worser, and with worse i mean: sleeping at 10 am in the morning lol. First it wasn't that bad, but it was getting worser so eventually i slept that late because i wasn't really tired. It wasn't that bad the whole time, only the last week it was this bad. So i've decided to change my sleep rhytm, and here i am all woke up on 10:30 am (i woke up on 6 am). I don't really know how i did it, but a few days ago i skipped a night of sleeping without even really noticing. So i was very tired when it was 10 pm & *tadaaa* i went to bed and fell asleep. Some of you may think i'm crazy, but i've had this problem before (living like a vampire) and i always had to skip a night of sleeping to change my sleep rhythm. That was always a freaking nightmare, because it really sucks to stay up & trying to keep your eyes open when you really want to sleep. My boyfriend is also a night person (not that bad as me), so that's not helping either haha. So finally my sleep rhythm is normal again, i don't know how long it will stay this way but we'll see lol.
So here's yesterday's outfit of the day + face of the day, hope you guys like it.

It's been a very long time since i've posted a FOTD, but finally here's another face of the day.
It's not anything spectaculair or something, but i really like neutral colours. I think that looks the best on me, bright colours don't really look good on me i guess. But soon i'm going to try it anyway, because i love to play with different colours to see how it looks on me. Also my hair sucks, i think it's super boring! I like my hair this long, but it doesn't have any style so it's just way too boring. Do you have any recommendations for a hairstyle? I was thinking about giving my hair a very safe haircut: just some layers and a bit shorter. Or do you have any idea what will look good on me?

Dogeared necklaces

Ever since i saw some of the jewelry by the brand Dogeared, i always wanted to have at least 1 piece of their collection. I really adore all of the necklaces they sell, they're so pretty & very cute! So i've finally bought a necklace on ebay. At first i didn't really knew which one i had to get, because they were all so cute. I really like small subtle necklaces, and most of the dogeared necklaces are so it was very hard to choose. I think i'll even buy one more next month, don't know which one yet but i'll figure it out haha. The one i got is a very cute small gold dipped key necklace, it's perfect for everyday wear (really wanted to have a small gold coloured necklace for everyday wear). This necklace is 16" long, so you can pair it even with a longer necklace. I think i'm going to buy another necklace from dogeared to pair it with this necklace, lol i don't know yet but i think it will look cute.

Rimmel lycra pro nail polish review + swatches

And again another review, this time about the rimmel lycra pro nail polish. I already have some rimmel nail polish & i think they're very good. Rimmel nail polishes never dissapointed me, they have some very pretty colours & i like the formula.

What they claim:
Professional finish effortlessly! New Maxi Brush for a mistake-free application. Up to 10 days colour.

The nail polishes i got: nr. 316 Flirty coral & nr. 402 Urban purple

So let me tell you what i think about the lycra pro nail polish + the colours.
First of all the package looks ok, but that doesn't really matter because it's just nail polish. This nail polish has 10 ml. in it, compared to the opi it isn't that much. But i don't care at all, because i never really consumed a whole bottle of opi nail polish (since i have more than 100 nail polishes it's almost impossible lol.) The brush of this nail polish is thick compared to normal nail polish brushes, you can compare it to the brush from the opi polishes. I actually like this one better, it's very easy to apply. Because it's such a thick brush, it's much quicker to apply your nail polish. Rimmel claims that this nail polish will stay on up to 10 days, well i don't think any nail polish could ever do that? I mean, i never had a nail polish that stayed on for 10 days (even if i wanted to) and also i've never heard of a nail polish that actually stays on that long? So that doesn't matter, but it does stay on for a long time. On me it will last 3 days without chipping, i think that's very good! Another good thing about these nail polishes is the price, it's not expensive they cost around 7 euro in the store. Now let me show you the swatches:

Urban purple: in real life the colour is a bit darker & it kinda looks like opi - miami beet

Flirty coral: pink coral colour, really pretty especially in the summer!

Pros:
- Very easy to apply
- Last on for a long time
- Pretty colours
- Very affordable
- Available in drugstores

Cons:
- Not much colour choice compared to opi/china glaze.

Review: Maybelline the collosal mascara

Today another review, this time about the collosal mascara from maybelline.

I've been wanting to try this mascara for the longest time, but i never bought it because i already had too many mascara's. So when i saw it on ebay for cheap (compared to the price here in the drugstore), i finally decided to buy it. I was really excited to try it out, because i saw some pretty good reviews on several blogs. And i really wanted to know if this could be my new holy grail mascara, but unfortunately it's not at all. This mascara didn't do anything good for my lashes, ok they made my lashes longer but my lashes look terrible when i put this on. I don't know if it's because i got the waterproof version, but i hate this mascara. When i first put it on i asked my boyfriend what he thinks about it, he thought it looked ugly (so that says a lot, because he doesn't know anything about make-up :-p lol), he said they looked a little sticky & like spider-legs. And that's excactly what i thought too, i had to put several coats to make my lashes more black. I don't know if that's the problem, but i don't have that problem with other mascara's i love so no i don't think so. Enough talking.. let me show you what i mean:

Normal lashes (uncurled etc.)

Curled lashes (with shu uemura eyelash curler.)

Curled lashes with the collosal mascara

On the photo it doesn't look that bad at all, but that was after i combed them trough with my lash comb. And in real life it looked way more worse (believe me), also my lashes felt really sticky and i wanted to take it off immediately. Of course mascara's are personal & this might be a holy grail mascara for some people. But for me no, i hated it! So if you want to try it, buy it on ebay it's a lot cheaper!

Pro's:

- packaging is kinda cute

- the brush is big

Cons:

- clumps like crazy aka spider-lashes

- feels horrible on your lashes

- too expensive for the quality (especially in the netherlands)

- Not that black, need to put more layers to show up.

- Stinks (but mascara's always do)

Avon glazewear lipgloss swatches

A few weeks ago i did a review on the avon glazewear lipglosses & i thought it would be fun to show you the swatches on my mouth too. Also my sister asked for it, so here are the swatches on my mouth.

Darling pink, lovely pink colour with gold shimmer.

Real red, just like the name of the lipgloss is saying: real red. Just a nice red colour, i prefer lipsticks more for red lips but i think this lipgloss is very pigmented so you can definitely wear it instead of a red lipstick.

So here are my answers to these questions:

How old were you when you first started to use make-up?
I don't know, i think i started to use make-up when i went to high school. So i was like 12 years old when i started to use it, i didn't use much. First i started to use mascara & an eyelash curler, when i got older i started to use a little bit foundation & maybe sometimes eyeliner. When i was 15-16 i used more make-up when i went to a party, i didn't really knew much about make-up so it didn't really look pretty haha ( i thought 10 layers of mascara looked good, yeah right? ).

What was your first make-up product?
Mascara. And i think my first mascara was from HEMA (dutch store)

Who inspired you to use make-up ?
I think my sister

Why do you use make-up?
I think make-up makes me feel more beautiful & i just love make-up. I love to play with different colours & to create a pretty look and feel good about myself after i've created that look. And i love to try out different brands and products, when i find a great product it makes me happy. Even though i love make-up so much, i don't wear it all the time.

What's the best beauty tip you've ever got?
I've seen a lot of great beauty tips on different beautyblogs/websites or on youtube. So it's hard to tell, but lately i've been using fix+ by mac to blend my foundation more. I think i saw this on youtube, i had problems with the foundation application (especially my studio sculpt foundation, because i have dry skin it looked cakey) now i use fix+ and a flat top brush (powder brush by elf studio) and it blends out perfectly. My foundation looks very natural & it doesn't look cakey anymore. So i think that was a great tip, because i hated that my foundation looked cakey.

What's your beauty tip for us?
If you have problems with foundation looking too cakey, use studio fix+ by MAC (or any other brand who has such sprays). You can spray it on your face before/after you applied your foundation, you can also spray it on a wedge sponge or your brush (i prefer a flat top brush, like elf's studio powder brush) than blend it out with swirling motions and your foundation looks more natural and not/less cakey. Also if you haven't got it already, buy an eyelash curler. When i was younger i had problems with my lashes. I always wanted them to curl more, but mascara didn't help. So when i found out there was an eyelash curler, it made me so happy. Now my eyelashes look much longer & much more curled.

How do you store your make-up?
I got 2 ikea drawers, where i store some of my make-up, hair & beauty products. I also have 2 plastic drawers from xenos where i store more make-up on top of the ikea drawer.

How long does it take for you to apply your make-up?
It depends on how long i have, normally i just take my time so that means i'm really slow. So it takes about 30-45 minutes, yeah it's very long i know but it's not like i have tons of make-up on. And when i go out to a party or have a dinner or something, it takes even longer because i always want my make-up to look perfect haha.

What's your favorite make-up brand & why?
Wow that's hard, because there's always a brand i like more for a specific product. For example: mascara's. I use drugstore brands, because i think they work the best. For mascara's i really love max factor or maybelline. But when it comes to foundation, lipsticks, lipglosses, blushes etc. I looove MAC. I also really like NYX, they have great products and it's very cheap. So i think my favorite make-up brands must be MAC and NYX. Mac because the products are awesome, one of the best i think! And they always have limited editions, so you have a lot of choice. Also the smell of their products are lovely! The packaging is also pretty, and it makes me feel very luxurious when i use it. I think nyx is one of the best drugstore brands (even though you can't buy it there in the netherlands), the products have great pigmentation and they have a wide range of colours and products. Also the smell of their products is ok, not great like mac but it's ok. I think the packaging of their products is also ok, i don't love it but i don't hate it either.

Which product do you really want to have at the moment?
MAC's lipstick in lollipop loving (especially the gorgeous limited edition packaging, so pretty!). I've been wanting this lipstick for a pretty long time, so i think it's about time i go and buy it.

Maybelline colorsensational lipstick

Yesterday i did a little shopping at the drugstore. Not really much, but i really needed my favorite moisturizer (the l'oreal happyderm), because i ran out of it. Of course i had to check out the make-up section and bought 2 mascara's, both from max factor (there was an action: 2 for 1 on all max factor mascara). I got the masterpiece & the aqua lash, i already have these but i really need new ones & i think they work great. I've also bought a new lipstick, the new lipstick from maybelline called colorsensational lipstick. I couldn't choose between all the colours, there were a lot of pretty colours. So i went for a nude colour, because i love nude lips. I chose a pretty nude pink colour called: velvet beige nr. 630. I love the colour, on my NC40 skin it's a nice nude colour: not too dark not too light. It's a very nice colour for everyday wear. The lipstick goes really smooth on the lips & it kinda reminds me of the satin/cremesheen lipsticks from mac, and i love those so that's great! Also the lipstick stays on for a pretty long time, pretty much the same as the cremesheen lipsticks from mac. I think the packaging is also very pretty, but there was a huge sticker on it (the drugstore did that, fuckers haha). So i was trying for an hour to get the sticker off, but it stayed sticky & there was still some glue or something left on it. So that sucks because the packaging was so pretty, and now you can see a part with all glue and some leftover sticker. I got the lipstick for 10,99 euro or 9,99, i don't know anymore i think it was 9,99. So not really cheap, because you can buy mac lipsticks online for that price.

But i really like the lipstick, i'll definitely check out more colours & i'll maybe even buy more soon.

Shoes, shoes, shoes!
I haven't showed you these yet, so here are the latest shoes i've bought.
I've bought these in the past month(s), I actually have bought more but unfortunately those were too big. If someone's interested, i'm selling them (jazz wedges from bronx size 38 & leather biker boots in size 39).

Vintage leather over the knee boots, i love them. I already have one pair of suede brown overknees, but i'd like to buy another pair of overknees. I've been searching for the perfect suede black overknee boots on ebay, but i haven't found them yet..

Bronx (bree) buckle biker boots. I absolutely love these, i've been searching for these for the longest time, and now i finally found them.

Cheap ass studded buckle boots, i got these for only 30 euro.
So i think they're actually pretty nice, especially for the price.

Hmm... I really need some non-black boots, i keep buying everything in black.

Avon glazewear liquid lip colors review

Another review about the new avon items i received a few weeks ago, this time a review about the avon glazewear lipglosses. As you may have read in the previous post, i ordered some mark & avon products at a canadian blogger who orders for people. Unfortunately (for the people in the netherlands) you can't buy it online, except on ebay or like i do at this blogger.

darling pink - real red

I've got these 2 products for a great price, i don't know how much excactly but it was like 1,20 canadian dollar. That's like 1 euro or less! So that's super cheap, normally they cost $6.00.

Pros
- Feels great on the lips, like satin
- Great colours
- Not expensive
- Staying power is pretty good

Cons
- Doesn't have a great smell
- Packaging is a little cheap

I really love these lipglosses, lately i've been in love with the mac lipglasses. But these are definitely not the same, if you know the mac lipglasses you probably know that they're very sticky. I don't mind, i think that's nice because they stay on for the longest time. The glazewear lipglosses aren't sticky at all, they feel very silky on the lips. So that's great! The staying power of this lipgloss is pretty good, not as great as the mac glosses but ok. The colours are also great, especially the darling pink. It kinda reminds me of the nymphette lipglass from mac, similar colours & the gold shimmer in it. So it's a possible dupe for the mac one. If you prefer non sticky lipglosses, you'd probably like the avon one more. The real red is gorgeous too, like it says it's a true red. I think it's a great colour, very chic. And you can barely take it off, so the staying power is great. There are only 2 thing i didn't like about these lipglosses, i think they don't smell really well. Especially if you use the mac lipglosses, they smell awesome. I don't think the smell is really disturbing, because after you put it on you can't smell it anymore. But i prefer a nice smell. It kinda smells like caramel and a bit of vanilla, but a little chemical. Also another thing i didn't like about these is the packaging, they feel really lightweight. And i think that's a little cheap, so i don't really get that luxurious feeling like i have with the mac lipglasses. But overall, great product and great price. I really reccomend them if you'd like to try them!

First of all i'd like to say: I'm sorry i haven't kept my promise. I know it's not an excuse but i wasn't in the mood for blogging lately because of some things that were happening. But i've really missed it & hopefully i'll have enough inspiration to keep on blogging. I'll definitely try to post everyday on my blog for now on, i hope there are still people who love to read my posts. If so, thanks a lot!! A few weeks ago i ordered some stuff from Avon & Mark, thanks to a lovely canadian blogger. She orders for people, and she ships international. I was really happy about that because i've been wanting to try out some stuff from avon & mark for the longest time. Especially the products from mark, because lauren conrad is a partner of this brand. She always looks amazing, and she loves the products so i was really curious about the products. Today a review about 3 products from avon, in this week/(s) i'll review and swatch more products i bought from mark & avon. But today just a review about the body sprays.

I got these 3 for 10 canadian dollar, which is like 6,50 euro that's a great deal don't you think? Also there's 8.4 oz in them or 250 ml, that's a lot! I think they smell nice, they smell excactly like what they supposed to smell like. My favorite is apple & honeysuckle, it smells really fresh & fruity. Peach is my least favorite scent of them, because i don't really like the smell of peach and it's not something i'd like to spray on my body. I use this one as a room refresher. Mostly i use these as a room refreshers, but when it's summer i think these are nice to spray on & it's very refreshing. Unfortunately it's not summer anymore, so i'm not using them anymore. Overall i think this was a great deal, but unfortunately the normal price is like 9 dollars each. I think that's too much, and for that price you can find some better deals and body sprays.. If i would have to rate them, i would give them a 2.5 out of a 5. So i think they are ok, but not great.

It's been a long time since i've put my last review on my blog, so today finally another review!

Most of you who know my blog or know me, know that i'm a nailpolish addict. Of course i'm a make-up/beauty addict, that's for sure haha.. But i'm also a real nailpolish addict, i really like nailpolish. I think it looks so nice when you have some color on your nails, or maybe even a french manicure. I think it just looks so much better when i have nailpolish on. I think it also just makes your outfit look better, i don't know if i'm the only one. But when i look at celebs you always see (most of time) they're wearing nailpolish, and i think it just looks so beautiful & chic.

So here's a review of this nailpolish brand called: Art de Lautrec.
Here's what they claim:

It has three essential attributes of a precious nail polish:

Quickly dries after application
It is resistant to wearing down, mechanical damage or scratches
It's long-lasting formula ensures colour coat for a long time

Above advantages guarantee nails of nicely, well cared-for look. After very first application rich colours leaves a silky, smooth coat. Wide choice of colour shades was created to satisfy the needs of every customer.

Volume: 12 ml.

I think what they claim is absolutely true, i haven't tried all the nailpolish colours yet. But i have tested a few to see how they work. And they dry very quickly! Also i've tested one (the purple one, see pic) on my nails to see how long it would stay on my nails without chipping. I've tested it with and without topcoat. So one hand with nailpolish with topcoat & 1 hand without topcoat. The nailpolish without topcoat stayed on for 2 days without chipping, and the nails with topcoat stayed on for 3 days without chipping. So i think that's amazing, because normally my nailpolish without topcoat can't even stay on for 1 day without chipping. And i'm talking about more expensive nail polish, so that's great! Also the nailpolish covers really good, for 2 colours i've tried i only needed 1 coat for great coverage. So let me show you the colours i've tried so far:

Nr. 208 - this is one coat. It's a french manicure colour

Nr. 208 - this is three coats, this is meant as a french manicure.
So the coverage isn't great, but if you want you can also use 3 coats for nice pink nails

Nr. 411 - beautiful hot pink purple colour, only needed 2 coats for great coverage.

Nr. 34 - dark purple with shimmer, only needed 1 coat for great coverage!

Got these beautiful nailpolishes from ebay, i think they're amazing. The colors are great & the quality also, a few days ago i've tried the seche vite dry fast topcoat. And it's amazing, my nailpolish dries so quickly, before i used my opi topcoat & it took forever to dry. But with the seche vite topcoat, i don't have to wait forever for my nails to dry (hate that). In less than 30 seconds or something my nails were dry, i love this stuff! I reccomend this to all of you, i couldn't believe my nails were dry in less than a minute. This stuff is amazing!

De kleuren op deze foto vind ik super, en het leek me mooi om dat terug te zien in make up. De mooie paarse kleuren & warme kleuren bijvoorbeeld.

Received my republic order a few days ago, i wasn't very happy with my order. Because i ordered 5 items and 2 of them were damaged! On the jeans legging were a few stains, on the front + on the back some kind of ink mark or something? And there was a hole in the top i ordered, i thought it was ridiculous. I mean, couldn't they check it before they sent it to customers?! Anyway, i also got these items:

On the left the oversized top, it was only 5 pounds & the bodycon mini skirt. I think the quality of the skirt is not that good. The material is very thin, and i think it's too short. On the right a cardigan, i love this one. Because i've been searching for something like this for a long time.

Ik heb gisteren een nieuwe webcam gekocht, dus leek het me leuk om een filmpje te maken. Vandaag heb ik dus mijn eerste filmpje gemaakt, ik vind het heel eng omdat het nogal raar is om jezelf zo terug te zien. Ik vind ook dat ik er heel anders uit zie en praat. Ik vond het vooral heel eng omdat ik nogal bang ben dat jullie me stem irritant vinden of dom, omdat ik soms hoor dat ik door me neus praat & in filmpjes lijkt dat nog érger.. Daar schaam ik me een beetje voor, maar ik heb me er maar overheen gezet omdat het me leuk leek om dit te doen. Ik hoop dat jullie het een beetje leuk vinden, als jullie tips hebben of kritiek. Ik hoor het graag!

Alima pure review!

Yesterday i received some samples from alimapure, they've sent me the following things:

- foundation sample in: beige 5

- satin finishing powder in: ami

- 2 blushes in: dahlia & apricot

- eye color samples in: aphrodite, eden, bayou, vanilla

Alima pure makes mineral make up which are 100% natural, they use the highest quality & no noxious chemicals. Alima mineral make up is especially kind to sensitive skin.

I think the products are great, i love mineral make up especially when they're 100% natural.

So i was very excited to try these out! The eyeshadows are really nice, they have great pigmentation & it stays on for a long time. The blushes are also beautiful, i prefer the matte ones because most of the time i use matte blushes. They are very pigmented & the colors are very pretty. They have different colors & they're good for all kinds of skintones. The foundation was also great, the color was a bit too dark for me. But i think it's good during summer, when i'm a little more tan. The coverage of the foundation was good, it's a light - medium coverage. I think it's great to wear these foundation during the summer, and the satin finishing powder above the foundation makes it stay on longer & gives your face a soft-focus finish. So i definitely love the products, i think they're great products for a great price.

Mac nuance mineralize blush & a tip for the dutch people..

Yesterday i received this beautiful mineralize blush from mac, in the color nuance.

It's a very pretty peachy orange color with gold shimmer, i love it. I think i'll be using it a lot this summer.

And something for the dutch people:
Ik heb misschien een leuke tip voor jullie, ik heb deze blush al een tijdje & ik vind hem echt super. Hij is van de hema, en is erg goedkoop! Volgensmij kost ie tussen de 3-4 euro, ik weet niet zeker of ze hem nog verkopen. Maar de blush heeft erg veel pigment, en blijft goed zitten. Het deed me een beetje denken aan de mineralize blush van mac hierboven, alleen heeft de blush van hema zelfs meer pigment! Dus misschien een leuke tip voor jullie!

Rimmel lasting finish foundation review

Yesterday i bought the Rimmel lasting finish foundation, i've heard some good things about this foundation on several blogs. So i was very curious to try it out, i also have the rimmel renew & lift foundation. But unfortunately i bought the wrong color, it's a bit too dark for me right now. Maybe i can wear it in the summer, i hope so. So here's what i think right now about the Rimmel lasting finish foundation,

I think it's a great foundation, especially for the price. It has a medium - full coverage, but it doesn't look unnatural or something. It smells really nice & it blended out very good. The only thing i didn't liked about this, is that there wasn't much choice of color. I don't know if it depends on where you buy it, maybe they have more choice on the internet. I'll let you guys know if i still like this one, when i've tried this foundation out a little longer. For now, i'm very happy with this foundation.

A few days ago i received some things from anastasia beverly hills, she gave me the following things: The 6-item kit, which includes: tweezers, brow powder, 5 brow stencils, mini duo brush, clear brow gel, dvd with instructions & matte camille highlighter. I also received the go brow, brow enchancing serum, brow duality & the lash lifting mascara. I was so excited to receive this, i couldn't wait to try them out. And oh my god, i absolutely love these products. They are the best i've ever tried, i hate my brows. But with the products, i kinda love them now. Which is pretty amazing for me, because i have overplucked them for years & i hated them.

Let me show you what i received & what i think about the products:

What i think of the products:

I think these products are amazing! The tweezer is great, it's the best i've ever tried. It took me so little time to remove all the unwanted hairs. The mini duo brush is also very good, the brow brush worked great & it's very soft! I think the 5 brow stencils are also a great idea, but unfortunately there wasn't a shape that fits my brows (my brows are too small :( ). The brow powder was perfect for me, finally a good color that matches my hair color. Also it did look natural which i'm very very happy about! Because of all the other products i've tried, i thought it looked fake & unnatural, so big thumbs up for the anastasia brow powder. The matte highlighter is a great product, it made my brows pop out more. The clear brow gel is also very good, i haven't tried other brow gels yet. But i'm very happy with this one!

What i think of these products:

The mascara worked fine for me, more about this read below. The brow duality is great, it made my brows pop out more (for swatches & more read below). The go brow is also very good, the brow pencil worked great for me. It's the perfect color & it's great for an everyday look. I don't have any opinion about the brow enchancing serum yet, because i'll have to use it for a few weeks first. I'll let you know what i think of it, within a few weeks!

Lash lifting mascara

I'm very picky about mascara's, i always want a waterproof version of mascara's. Because when i don't use the waterproof version, my lashes won't stay curled. That's excactly what happened to me with this mascara, i thought the brush worked very good & i definitely loved it. Except it didn't worked for me, i think if it would be a waterproof version i would like this one very much. So if you always use non waterproof mascara, this is definitely a great mascara. The mascara didn't made my lashes curl, but it definitely made them longer! See pic below.

Brow duality

Brow duality swatch, on the left is the matte version & on the right is the shimmer version.

I think the highlighters are great, it definitely makes my brows pop out more.

Overall i loved all of the products, i can't tell you how much but i absolutely loved them. They are the best brow products i have ever tried, i don't think i'll ever need to try out more. Because these products are perfect for me!!

Chloé - signature & Gucci flora. I absolutely love these, they smell so amazing. Right now they are my favorite perfumes, together with my gucci eau de parfum II.

Nars duo eyeshadow in portobello, pretty nude colors.

Cheap ass make up: 3 lipsticks from catrice, catrice allround concealer & catrice mineral blush.

4 elf eyeshadow brushes, the brushes are so soft!

Dorothy perkins dress & sandals, the sandals are with gold studs. I love these!

Lately i've bought a lot of perfume, and it's very addicting. Because i want to buy more & more, i've smelled the chloé perfume yesterday and oh my god it smelled so amazing!! I want to have these so bad, maybe i'm asking it for my b-day. The other perfumes also smell amazing, i want these also. I've been wanting the ralph lauren perfume for 4 years now, i don't know why i've never bought it but i think it's about time i will.

I tried all 3 products. I was very excited because i'm always searching for some great hair removal products which are not very painful. So i was very happy i got the opportunity to try out these products. First i've tried the 24 facial hair removal strips, i thought they worked very good. It removed all the hairs, and it didn't hurt that much. After that i've tried the brazilian & bikini wax kit, they have all kinds of shapes in the kit which is very funny. I haven't tried these, but i think it's nice that they're in the kit. About the wax, you have to warm it up for 1 minute in the microwave. Which is very quick, than you have to place the wax on a tiny spot where you want to remove hair. Wait for 30 seconds, and then remove it with your hands. I thought this was so much better than removing the hair down there with strips, it wasn't painless but it didn't hurt me as much as other hair removal products. After that i've tried the 24 hair removal strips on my legs, they worked good just like the others!

I think Nad's is a great company, they use natural products & none of the products are tested on animals! So i'm very positive about these products, if you're looking for good working natural hair removal products, you should definitely check them out.

What i think about steam cream:

I think steam cream is a great product, it moisturized my skin & made it feel very soft. Also i've tried the steam cream on my arm where i have a little bit eczema, and it helped very good. The steam cream smells very nice, it reminds me of lush angels on bare skin. Steam cream is for all skin types, and there's 75 gr. in it. Which is pretty much i think, especially for the price. Also i really liked that you can choose between different designs of packaging, i think it's very cute & original. I really reccomend this to anyone!
